All free beats are a 100% royalty free which means that once your vocals are on the beat; it is technically yours to do with as you please. The only limitation is that you can't resell the beat. You can however, sell and unlimited amount of albums or productions you create with that beat. This is by far the best free beats policy on the internet. |

| Lease Policy |
You will receive a high quality encoded mp3 file of the untagged(free of soundmarks) beat. Wav files are available upon request. Any recording you make with the beat can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must purchase a new lease or exclusive rights. We retain the right to resell unlimited leases until exclusive rights have been sold.
With your lease you have full rights to record, alter, and mix the beat in any shape, way or form; however, you can't resell the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates thee exclusive sale. |

You will receive a high quality mp3 file of the beat, untagged(free of soundmarks). Wav files are available upon request. This beat can be digitally delivered via email, direct download from this site, and/or through the mail on CD. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, and mix the beat in any shape, way, or form(except reselling the beat).
You own the recording as a "work made for hire". The original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat. The seller will not receive any royalties from the sales of either a physical(CD) or digital(mp3 download) recording. You must however give credit to the seller on all commercial recordings. Some non intrusive ways of giving credit to the seller is either on the back of an album cover or at the end of a song. |
